Role: The true net worth of an organisation are its team members. We have been fortunate to benefit from Kailash’s expertise to attract few of the brightest minds in the country to join us. Joining us at the turn of the 21st century & earning his position from bottom up in 20 years, he has single handedly set up our company’s IT & HR infrastructure.

Role: The transient link between all the board members he is an ever-present force in all strategic matters. Humility is his hallmark & being a people’s man is his mission. Battle trained for the rigours of management, Anand Kumar pulls it off with élan.

14 years since he joined the company, Anand has undergone many an extensive & exhaustive training drills earmarked for him by our founder Mr. Chandanmal Jain. Anand Kumar has emerged to be just the perfect candidate to manage the many teams who are now heading the company’s numerous verticals.

Role: He is an artist & his masterpieces are the Balance Sheet, P&L A/c & Cashflow statements. Honestly, the nuances of fund management are such that it takes nothing less than an artist to balance the income with expenses, the sales with purchases & the overheads with receivables. For 13 years, the management has been breathing easy, thanks to the up to date, accurate & watertight job he has done managing the company finances. Finance may be an unglamorous & most taxing job, but thats where the moolah is!
